18 U.S.C. § 756 — Internee of belligerent nation

A person who helps or persuades an interned member of a belligerent nation’s armed forces to escape, or try to escape, may be fined, imprisoned for up to five years, or both.
Whoever, within United States jurisdiction, helps or persuades a person belonging to the armed forces of a belligerent nation or faction to escape or try to escape from United States jurisdiction or the limits of internment set by law, when that person is interned in the United States under the law of nations, may be fined under this title, imprisoned for not more than five years, or both.
Whoever, within the jurisdiction of the United States, aids or entices any person belonging to the armed forces of a belligerent nation or faction who is interned in the United States in accordance with the law of nations, to escape or attempt to escape from the jurisdiction of the United States or from the limits of internment prescribed, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
