This section says certain amendments do not show whether Congress approved or disapproved the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade. It addresses the effect of enacting specified provisions.
Enacting sections 1352(a), (c), 1354, and 1360 through 1367 of this title, and section 624(f) of title 7, must not be understood as deciding or indicating Congress’s approval or disapproval of the Executive Agreement called the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade.
The enactment of sections 1352(a), (c), 1354, and 1360 to 1367 of this title, and section 624(f) of title 7, shall not be construed to determine or indicate the approval or disapproval by the Congress of the Executive Agreement known as the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade.
