The Customs Service must be reimbursed from collected fees for its costs of collecting fees for any government agency.
The Customs Service must be reimbursed from the fees it collects for the administrative and other costs and expenses it incurs collecting fees for any government agency for any reason.
The Customs Service shall be reimbursed from the fees collected for the cost and expense, administrative and otherwise, incurred in collecting any fees on behalf of any government 1 agency for any reason.
