The Secretary of the Treasury must periodically issue rules for bonded warehouses and for protecting the Government’s interests in their operation and merchandise records.
The Secretary of the Treasury must periodically issue rules and regulations needed to establish bonded warehouses and protect the Government’s interests in their conduct, management, and operation, including withdrawal of and accounting for merchandise deposited there.
The Secretary of the Treasury shall from time to time establish such rules and regulations as may be necessary for the establishment of bonded warehouses and to protect the interests of the Government in the conduct, management, and operation of such warehouses and in the withdrawal of and accounting for merchandise deposited therein.
