This section addresses impact study by secretary of labor. The Secretary of Labor, in consultation 1 with other appropriate Federal agencies, must undertake a continuing review and analysis of the impact which the implementation of the provisions of this chapter have about United States labor; and must make an annual written report to Congress on the results of such review and analysis.
