The Treasury Secretary must issue regulations needed to carry out the rules of origin, a specified amendment, and Presidential proclamations under that section.
The Treasury Secretary must prescribe regulations necessary to carry out subsections (a) through (n) of section 4033, the amendment made by section 204, and any proclamation issued under section 4033(o).
The Secretary of the Treasury shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to carry out—
subsections (a) through (n) of section 4033 of this title;
the amendment made by section 204; 1 and
any proclamation issued under section 4033(o) of this title.
