For the purpose of section 123 of the Trade Act of 1974, import relief provided under this part is treated as action under chapter 1 of title II of that Act.
For section 123 of the Trade Act of 1974, any import relief the President provides under this part is treated as action taken under chapter 1 of title II of that Act.
For purposes of section 123 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2133), any import relief provided by the President under this part shall be treated as action taken under chapter 1 of title II of that Act [19 U.S.C. 2251 et seq.].
