This section establishes the Independent Mexico Labor Expert Board to monitor and evaluate Mexico’s labor reform and labor obligations and to advise the Interagency Labor Committee on needed support.
There is established a board, to be known as the “Independent Mexico Labor Expert Board”, to be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of Mexico’s labor reform* and compliance with its labor obligations*. The Board must also advise the Interagency Labor Committee about capacity-building activities needed to support that implementation and compliance.
