2 U.S.C. § 142h — Biomedical Ethics Board; disbursement of funds, computation and disbursement of basic pay, and provision of financial management services and support by Library of Congress

Starting October 1, 1988, and continuing after that, the Disbursing Officer of the Library of Congress is authorized to do three things for the Biomedical Ethics Board: (1) pay out money Congress appropriated for the Board; (2) calculate and pay the basic salary of every Board employee; and (3) provide the Board with financial management services and support. The Library of Congress does all of this the same way it already does for the Office of Technology Assessment under section 142f of this title.
