2 U.S.C. § 168a — Printing of Constitution Annotated as Senate documents

The Constitution Annotated is published in hardbound, revised editions. Whenever a new hardbound revised edition is produced, it must be printed as a Senate document. Between hardbound editions, the annotations are kept current through cumulative pocket-part supplements — updates that are inserted into the back of the book. Those pocket-part supplements must also be printed as Senate documents.
