This section assigns the Architect of the Capitol responsibility for the Capitol, including its lighting. It also requires the Architect’s office to be in the Capitol Building.
The Architect of the Capitol must on and after March 3, 1977 , have the care and superintendence of the Capitol, including lighting. His office must be in the Capitol Building.
The Architect of the Capitol shall on and after March 3, 1977, have the care and superintendence of the Capitol, including lighting. His office shall be in the Capitol Building.
