The Architect of the Capitol may transfer discontinued or permanently unused equipment and supplies to other United States government services or to the District of Columbia when the Architect decides that doing so serves the government's interests.
The Architect of the Capitol may transfer apparatus, appliances, equipment, and supplies of any kind that have been discontinued or permanently taken out of service to another branch of the United States service or to the District of Columbia whenever, in the Architect's judgment, the interests of government service require the transfer.
The Architect of the Capitol may transfer apparatus, appliances, equipments, and supplies of any kind, discontinued or permanently out of service, to other branches of the service of the United States, or District of Columbia, whenever, in his judgment the interests of the Government service may require it.
