Beginning November 19, 1995, the Architect of the Capitol may request advance or reimbursement payments for the full cost of flying American flags and providing related certification services. Received amounts must be deposited in the Treasury.
On and after November 19, 1995, expenses for flying American flags and providing certification services for them, calculated to recover the full cost, must be advanced or reimbursed when the Architect of the Capitol requests it. Amounts received must be deposited in the Treasury.
On and after November 19, 1995, expenses, based on full cost recovery, for flying American flags and providing certification services therefor shall be advanced or reimbursed upon request of the Architect of the Capitol, and amounts so received shall be deposited into the Treasury.
