Rooms in the Capitol may not be used for private studios or artwork without written permission from the Joint Committee on the Library. The Architect of the Capitol must enforce this rule.
No room in the Capitol may be used for a private studio or for works of art without written permission from the Joint Committee on the Library. The Architect of the Capitol must put this rule into effect.
No room in the Capitol shall be used for private studios or works of art, without permission from the Joint Committee on the Library, given in writing; and it shall be the duty of the Architect of the Capitol to carry this provision into effect.
