Beginning in fiscal year 2016, the Architect of the Capitol may maintain and improve landscape features in part of Square 580, in consultation with the District of Columbia.
For fiscal year 2016 and every fiscal year after that, the Architect of the Capitol, consulting the District of Columbia, may maintain and improve the landscape features, but not the streets, in Square 580 up to the beginning of I–395.
For fiscal year 2016 and each fiscal year thereafter, the Architect of the Capitol, in consultation with the District of Columbia, is authorized to maintain and improve the landscape features, excluding streets, in Square 580 up to the beginning of I–395.
