This section governs use of Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center. It reserves the space for the stated congressional purposes.
Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center may not be used for an event unless both houses of Congress pass a resolution authorizing that event’s use of the Hall.
The Emancipation Hall of the Capitol Visitor Center may not be used for any event, except upon the passage of a resolution agreed to by both houses of Congress authorizing the use of the Emancipation Hall for that event.
