This section defines “Member of the House” for section 5324. The definition includes current and incoming Representatives, Delegates, and Resident Commissioners.
As used in section 5324 of this title the phrase “Member of the House” must mean a Representative, Representative-elect, Delegate, Delegate-elect, Resident Commissioner, or Resident Commissioner-elect.
