The Corrections Calendar Office allowance begins in May 1997. It is paid from House accounts through September 1997 and under appropriations Acts beginning in fiscal year 1998.
The allowance under section 5622 (1) is available beginning in May 1997; (2) through September 1997 is paid pro rata from the applicable House accounts; and (3) beginning in fiscal year 1998 is paid as appropriations Acts provide.
The allowance under section 5622 of this title—
shall be available beginning with the month of May 1997;
through the end of September 1997, shall be paid from the applicable accounts of the House of Representatives on a pro rata basis; and
beginning with fiscal year 1998, shall be paid as provided in appropriations Acts.
