Beginning in fiscal year 2018, two specified Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses apply to all Congressional Budget Office contracts for goods and services.
For fiscal year 2018 and every later fiscal year, FAR 52.232–39 and FAR 52.233–4 apply to every contract for goods or services to which the Congressional Budget Office is a party.
In fiscal year 2018 and thereafter, for all contracts for goods and services to which the Congressional Budget Office is a party, the following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses will apply: FAR 52.232–39 and FAR 52.233–4.
