This section applies the existing law for Senators’ long-distance telephone calls equally to the Vice President. It applies beginning January 20, 1949.
Commencing January 20, 1949 , the provisions of existing law relating to long-distance telephone calls for Senators must be equally applicable to the Vice President of the United States.
Commencing January 20, 1949, the provisions of existing law relating to long-distance telephone calls for Senators shall be equally applicable to the Vice President of the United States.
