This section authorizes payments from the Senate contingent fund for materials, supplies, and fuel. It identifies the offices and accounts covered by the authorization.
Payments from the contingent fund of the Senate for materials and supplies (including fuel) purchased on and after July 8, 1935, through the Administrator of General Services must be made by check upon vouchers approved by the Committee on Rules and Administration of the Senate.
