20 U.S.C. § 1059b — Goals for financial management and academic program

A grant application must state measurable goals for the institution’s financial management and academic programs and explain how the applicant will meet them. A continuation application must show progress toward those goals.
(a) Goals. A grant application must describe measurable goals for the institution’s financial management and academic programs and include a plan for reaching them. (b) Continuation. An application to continue a grant must show progress toward the goals described under subsection (a).
Any application for a grant under this part shall describe measurable goals for the institution’s financial management and academic programs, and include a plan of how the applicant intends to achieve those goals.
Any continuation application shall demonstrate the progress made toward achievement of the goals described pursuant to subsection (a).
