The section authorizes $400,000,000 for fiscal year 2009 and whatever additional sums are needed for the next five fiscal years to carry out the division.
There Congress may provide to carry out this division $400,000,000 for fiscal year 2009 and whatever sums are needed for each of the five succeeding fiscal years.
There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this division $400,000,000 for fiscal year 2009 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the five succeeding fiscal years.
