The section authorizes whatever sums are needed for fiscal year 2009 and each of the next five fiscal years to carry out this subpart.
There Congress may provide for this subpart whatever sums are needed for fiscal year 2009 and each of the five succeeding fiscal years.
There are authorized to be appropriated for this subpart such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2009 and each of the five succeeding fiscal years.
