Starting July 1, 2008, the Secretary may use amounts that Congress has not otherwise appropriated as needed to provide TEACH Grants to eligible applicants.
Beginning July 1, 2008, the Secretary* has available, from money not otherwise appropriated, whatever amounts are needed to provide TEACH Grants under this subpart to each eligible applicant.
Beginning on July 1, 2008, there shall be available to the Secretary* to carry out this subpart, from funds not otherwise appropriated, such sums as may be necessary to provide TEACH Grants in accordance with this subpart to each eligible applicant.
