This chapter does not change existing authority over programs receiving Federal financial assistance through an insurance or guaranty contract.
Nothing in this chapter adds to or takes away from existing authority concerning a program or activity* that receives Federal financial assistance through a contract of insurance or guaranty.
Nothing in this chapter shall add to or detract from any existing authority with respect to any program or activity* under which Federal financial assistance is extended by way of a contract of insurance or guaranty.
