Chapter funds may not provide career and technical education or programs of study to students before the middle grades. Equipment and facilities bought with chapter funds may be used by those students.
Funds received under this chapter may not provide career and technical education* programs or programs of study to students before the middle grades, as that term is defined in section 7801 of this title. Equipment and facilities bought with chapter funds may nevertheless be used by those students.
No funds received under this chapter may be used to provide career and technical education* programs or programs of study to students prior to the the 1 middle grades (as such term is defined in section 7801 of this title), except that equipment and facilities purchased with funds under this chapter may be used by such students.
