20 U.S.C. § 2569 — Authorization of appropriations for Humphrey Institute and Dirksen Center

(a) Maximum amount for Institute There may be appropriated such sums, not to exceed $5,000,000, as may be necessary to carry out the rules in section 2566 of this title. (b) Maximum amount for Center There may be appropriated such sums, not to exceed $2,500,000, as may be necessary to carry out the rules in section 2567 of this title. (c) Availability of funds Funds appropriated under sections 2566 to 2569 of this title must remain available until expended.
