Necessary funds are authorized for 2009–2014 for Gallaudet, its two listed schools, and NTID programs under the cited subchapters.
(a) Necessary amounts are authorized for fiscal years 2009 through 2014 for the provisions concerning Gallaudet University*, the Kendall Demonstration Elementary School, and the Model Secondary School for the Deaf. (b) Necessary amounts are authorized for those years for provisions concerning NTID*.
There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2009 through 2014 to carry out the provisions of subchapter I and this subchapter, relating to—
Gallaudet University;
Kendall Demonstration Elementary School; and
the Model Secondary School for the Deaf.
There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2009 through 2014 to carry out the provisions of subchapter I and this subchapter relating to the National Technical Institute for the Deaf.
