This section addresses Appropriations. It states the rules, requirements, powers, limits, and exceptions in this section.
There are appropriated to the James Madison Memorial Trust Fund $20,000,000 to carry out the provisions of this chapter, $10,000,000 of which is available on November 1, 1987, and to remain available until expended; and $10,000,000 of which is available on November 1, 1988, and to remain available until expended.
