This subchapter does not authorize Federal officers or employees to mandate, direct, or control a State, local educational agency, or school’s specific instructional content, standards or assessments, curriculum, or instructional program.
Nothing in this subchapter may be read to authorize a Federal Government officer or employee to mandate, direct, or control the specific instructional content, academic achievement standards or assessments, curriculum, or instructional program of a State, local educational agency, or school.
Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to authorize an officer or employee of the Federal Government to mandate, direct, or control a State, local educational agency, or school’s specific instructional content, academic achievement standards and assessments, curriculum, or program of instruction.
