An award recipient may use no more than 5 percent of funds provided under this part in a fiscal year for administration.
For any fiscal year, an award recipient may use no more than 5 percent of funds provided under this part for administrative purposes.
Not more than 5 percent of funds provided to an award recipient under this part for any fiscal year may be used for administrative purposes.
