A funded local educational agency must give military recruiters the same secondary-school campus access for recruiting students at least 17 as it gives employers, higher-education institutions, or other recruiters.
Each funded local educational agency must give military recruiters, to recruit students at least 17 years old, the same access to each served secondary school’s campus that it gives a prospective employer, higher-education institution, or other recruiter.
Each local educational agency receiving assistance under this chapter shall provide military recruiters the same access to the campus of each secondary school served by the local educational agency for the purpose of recruiting students who are at least 17 years of age that is provided to any prospective employer, institution of higher education, or other recruiter.
