For every fiscal year, the President must separately request funds in the budget for the Director to construct school facilities.
The President must include in the budget for each fiscal year a separate request for funds for the Director* to construct school facilities. This section does not define “Director” or “school facilities.”
The President shall include in his budget for each fiscal year a separate request for funds for construction of school facilities by the Director*.
