No one in the United States may receive imported milk or cream. This rule applies unless the import follows this subchapter's rules.
This section makes it illegal to receive certain imported milk or cream.
No person* in the United States* may receive milk or cream that was imported into the country. The only exception is that receiving it is legal if the importation followed the rules set out in this subchapter.
It shall be unlawful for any person* in the United States* to receive milk or cream imported into the United States unless the importation is in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.
