The Administrator may provide technical help, training, contracts, and coordination to grant recipients and other organizations. Training may cover coalition work, task forces, mediation, services, evaluation, and related activities.
With respect to any grant recipient* or other organization, the Administrator* may—
offer technical assistance and training; and
enter into contracts and cooperative agreements.
The Administrator may facilitate the coordination of programs between a grant recipient and other organizations and entities.
The Administrator may provide training to any representative designated by a grant recipient in—
coalition building;
task force development;
mediation and facilitation, direct service, assessment and evaluation; or
any other activity related to the purposes of the Program*.
