The United States Anti-Doping Agency must keep complete accounting records. It must also send Congress an annual report containing an audit and a description of its activities.
(a) Records The United States Anti-Doping Agency must keep correct and complete records of account.
(b) Report The United States Anti-Doping Agency must submit an annual report to Congress which must include— (1) an audit conducted and submitted under section 10101 of title 36; and (2) a description of the activities of the agency.
