The power or duty to block property transactions under this chapter does not include sanctions against importing goods. “Good” covers nearly all articles and materials but excludes technical data.
(a) Authority or a requirement to block and prohibit transactions in property or property interests under this chapter does not include authority or a requirement to sanction imports of goods.
(b) “Good” means any article, natural or manmade substance, material, supply, or manufactured product, including inspection and test equipment, but not technical data.
The authority or a requirement to block and prohibit all transactions in all property and interests in property under this chapter shall not include the authority or a requirement to impose sanctions on the importation of goods.
In this section, the term “good” means any article, natural or manmade substance, material, supply or manufactured product, including inspection and test equipment, and excluding technical data.
