This law lets Congress fund programs under sections 321(q), 321(r), 342(a)(2), and 346a. The money can come from any unappropriated funds in the Treasury.
This section authorizes Congress to appropriate money — that is, to set aside funds — for carrying out and administering four other parts of the law: section 321(q), section 321(r), section 342(a)(2), and section 346a of this title.
The money can come from any funds already in the Treasury that have not been appropriated for something else. This section does not itself set an amount; it just gives Congress the authority to fund these programs as needed.
There are authorized to be appropriated, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sums as may be necessary for the purpose and administration of sections 321(q), (r), 342(a)(2), and 346a of this title.
