21 U.S.C. § 864a — Grants to reduce production of methamphetamines from anhydrous ammonia

(a)(1) “Eligible entity” means an agricultural-commodity producer; a cooperative whose majority produces or processes agricultural commodities; or a person mainly selling agricultural products, including agricultural chemicals, to farmers and ranchers at retail, or applying agricultural chemicals by air or ground. This section does not define “agricultural commodity” or “agricultural chemical.” (2) “Nurse tank” means the specified federal-regulation cargo tank. (b) The Secretary may grant money to add a physical lock or methamphetamine-reducing substance to an anhydrous-ammonia fertilizer nurse tank. (c) The grant is $40 to $60, as the Secretary decides, multiplied by the entity's number of fertilizer nurse tanks. (d) $15,000,000 is authorized for fiscal years 2008 through 2012.
