The Commission must send each award to the Treasury Secretary for payment. It must do this as soon as possible and in the order the awards were made.
As soon as possible, and in the order in which awards are made, the Commission must certify each award under this subchapter to the Treasury Secretary, stating the amount in United States currency.
The Commission shall as soon as possible, and in the order of the making of such awards, certify to the Secretary of the Treasury, in terms of United States currency, each award made pursuant to this subchapter.
