The United States representatives in the International Atomic Energy Agency’s organs must always follow the President’s instructions. They must cast all votes according to those instructions.
When representing the United States in the Agency’s organs, the representatives named in section 2021 of this title must always act according to the President’s instructions. Following those instructions, they must cast any and all votes under the Statute of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
The representatives provided for in section 2021 of this title, when representing the United States in the organs of the Agency, shall, at all times, act in accordance with the instructions of the President, and such representatives shall, in accordance with such instructions, cast any and all votes under the Statute of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
