Nothing in this chapter repeals authority that another law gives to the President, the listed officials, or any other officer or agency of the United States. Nothing in this chapter restricts that authority.
Nothing in this chapter is construed to repeal or restrict authority vested in the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare, the Surgeon General of the Public Health Service, or any other officer or agency of the United States by any other provision of law.
