22 U.S.C. § 2621 — Definitions

In this chapter: (1) “Person” includes anyone holding a United States Government office or position, including in its territories and possessions, the Canal Zone government, or the District of Columbia; any member of the United States Armed Forces; and any family or household member of such a person. This section does not otherwise define the quoted term. (2) “Foreign government” includes every foreign government and each of its officials, agents, and representatives.
