This section sets rules about international civil aviation organization; availability of funds for participation. The provisions of section 287e of this title, and regulations under it, applicable to expenses incurred under sections 287 to 287e of this title, can be applicable to the obligation and expenditure of funds related to United States participation in the International Civil Aviation Organization.
