The Secretary must report all State Department collections, including fees, in two annual budget documents. The report must cover the prior fiscal year's collections and expected spending from collection accounts.
In the annual Congressional Presentation Document and Budget in Brief, the Secretary must give a detailed account of all money collected by the State Department from every source, including fees. The account must also cover collections from the preceding fiscal year and projected spending from all collection accounts.
The Secretary shall include in the annual Congressional Presentation Document and the Budget in Brief a detailed accounting of the total collections received by the Department of State from all sources, including fee collections. Reporting on total collections shall also cover collections from the preceding fiscal year and the projected expenditures from all collections accounts.
