The Mexico-U.S. interparliamentary group must report yearly on its spending. This report goes to Congress each fiscal year money is appropriated.
For each fiscal year an appropriation is made, the United States group of the Mexico-United States Interparliamentary group must submit a report to Congress, including its expenditures under that appropriation.
The United States group of the Mexico-United States Interparliamentary group shall submit to the Congress a report for each fiscal year for which an appropriation is made including its expenditures under such appropriation.
