In this law, 'Secretary' means the Secretary of State. 'Government agency' means any US government department, agency, or wholly government-owned corporation. 'Commission' means the South Pacific Commission.
When used in this subchapter—
the term “Secretary” means the Secretary of State;
the term “Government agency” means any department, independent establishment, or other agency of the Government of the United States, or any corporation wholly owned by the Government of the United States; and
the term “Commission” means the South Pacific Commission.
