22 U.S.C. § 284ee — Twenty-first replenishment

(a) In general. This section lets the United States Governor of the International Development Association contribute, on behalf of the United States, up to $3,198,552,000 to the Association's twenty-first replenishment — a scheduled round of new funding for the Association. This is only allowed once Congress actually appropriates the money. (b) Authorization of appropriations. To pay for that $3,198,552,000 contribution, this section authorizes Congress to appropriate that same amount, to be paid out by the Secretary of the Treasury. There is no fiscal-year limit on when the money can be spent.
