This law lets the U.S. Governor of the IMF accept a specific set of amendments. Those amendments were approved by the Fund's Board of Governors in resolution 31-4.
The United States Governor of the Fund may accept the amendments to the Fund's Articles of Agreement that were approved in resolution numbered 31–4 of the Fund's Board of Governors. This section does not describe what those amendments contain.
The United States Governor of the Fund is authorized to accept the amendments to the Articles of Agreement of the Fund approved in resolution numbered 31–4 of the Board of Governors of the Fund.
